As a Plumbing Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top-notch service. This hands-on role combines customer interaction, sales support, deliveries, and general assistance around the branch to keep things running smoothly and ensure every customer has a great experience.
This is a full-time role based in Taree, NSW.

As a Plumbing Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top-notch service. This hands-on role combines customer interaction, sales support, deliveries, and general assistance around the branch to keep things running smoothly and ensure every customer has a great experience.
This is a full-time role based in Taree, NSW.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders.
- Building relationships with key partners like local builders and plumbers.
- Transport goods to customers in the company vehicle, managing local deliveries and representing the Tradelink brand with professionalism.
- Providing consultative advice to help customers achieve their renovation goals.
- Creating quotes, processing sales, and following up on orders.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Industry Experience: Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial.
- Consultative Sales Skills: You should be comfortable engaging with customers and providing tailored recommendations.
- Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture.
- Strong Communication: You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service.
- Working Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, as sponsorship will not be offered.
- Licences: A valid driver’s licence is essential; a forklift and/or MR licence are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
