We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to join Sydney Commercial Finance, a boutique finance brokerage that helps business owners find the right lending solutions quickly and effectively.
You’ll work across three growing brands — Sydney Commercial Finance, Abundance Business Lending, and Transport & Machinery Finance — leading digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads.
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys execution, thrives in a small business environment, and wants to make a visible impact. Initially part-time (2–3 days per week), this position offers flexibility and the potential to evolve into a Fractional CMO role as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement multi-brand marketing plans across social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn and Meta.
Oversee SEO, website updates, and landing page optimisation.
Develop customer journeys and lead nurturing strategies.
Write monthly blogs and manage content calendars.
Track and report marketing performance through dashboards and analytics.
Collaborate closely with the broking team to enhance lead conversion.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Ability to plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and analytics.
