We’re opening Kissed Earth Café Bondi — a wellness-focused café/smoothie bar/retail store created by the team behind Kissed Earth.
We’re looking for a passionate cook and kitchen all-rounderto join our opening team and help us deliver the kind of food and experiences that make people feel good from the inside out.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the breakfast service and cook signature Kissed Earth dishes
• Work within a small, collaborative team to deliver a smooth, efficient service — including helping front-of-house or making coffees if required
• Take pride in presentation, flavour, and quality
• Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and help manage kitchen inventory
• Keep the kitchen clean, efficient, and compliant with food safety standards
• Prepare wholefood meals with care, consistency, and creativity
• Lead and develop a positive, like-minded team in a stunning Bondi location
You Bring:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Breakfast or Café Cook (preferably in a premium or health-focused venue)
• Strong organisational and prep skills — able to manage a small kitchen or run solo service
• Experience with stock control, supplier communication, and ordering systems
• Deep understanding of gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free cooking
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) preferred
• Food Safety Certification essential
• Positive, professional, and proactive approach with a passion for wellness and quality food
