The Centered Space is expanding across the Gold Coast, and we’re looking for a clinician ready to build a role that fits their lifestyle and passion. This role is based in Varsity Lakes QLD 4227, with clients spread across high-demand suburbs like Robina, Burleigh, and Palm Beach and north Gold Coast. We’ll shape your caseload around your location and interests, and support you to thrive in a collaborative, purpose-led team.
Let’s be real. Most places say they offer support. We actually do. Here's how:
Full-time admin support so you can focus on your clients
Full-time IT support so your systems run smoothly
Our in-house NDIS specialist trains you to master the system and advocate at the highest level weekly!
Fortnightly coaching with the CEO to help you rise into your potential
Fortnightly clinical supervision with an external Senior OT, individual and team PD and regular scheduled training from our NDIS specialist
A team culture that actually feels like family
True autonomy once you show you can deliver with integrity
Work flexibly from home, in local communities like Robina and Burleigh, or join co-working sessions with your team at our Varsity Lakes hub, before a swim at the beach.
The space to bring your creativity to life. Want to run an OT x dance group? Let’s make it happen.
This is a two-way street. You show up, and we’ll back you fully.
Designing and delivering functional therapy programs
Providing therapy in clinic, homes, schools, community settings and via telehealth
Working closely with families, educators and team members to get the best outcomes
Setting and reviewing goals every 3 to 6 months
Writing clinical notes within 24 hours and submitting reports within one week of the final session in a block
Supporting clients to build confidence, independence and participation in everyday life
Sharing videos of your day for our socials
This role suits someone who is self-led, reliable and hungry to grow.
If you need to be micromanaged, struggle with feedback or don’t have a growth mindset, this won’t be the right fit.
If you’re the kind of human who takes ownership, cares deeply, and wants to do work that feels meaningful, we will meet you where you are with everything you need to thrive and then support you to rise.
Salary between $80,000 and $110,000 including super, based on experience
Choose your schedule across 3 to 5 days per week
Work from home, out in the community, or by the beach
Clear career progression and strong leadership opportunities
Weekly and fortnightly supervision
Full training in NDIS and advocacy
A connected, supportive team who genuinely want you to succeed
A workplace that prioritises your well-being, not just your output
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
A driver’s licence and access to a car
The right to work in Australia
A commitment to our values and code of conduct
Experience with the NDIS (or a willingness to learn)
A creative idea or passion project you want to bring into your work
Confidence working across the lifespan or with a variety of needs
