Sidak Constructions Pty Ltd is a construction company based in Western Australia. We have a strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance. We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Advisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and monitor OHS policies and procedures to ensure legal and company compliance.
● Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
● Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective action plans.
● Train staff and contractors on safe work practices and procedures.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OHS legislation and best practices.
● Prepare safety documentation, reports, and improvement plans.
● Foster a strong safety culture across multiple sites.
Requirements:
● Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
● At least 1 year of work experience in a similar OHS role
● Strong understanding of Australian OHS legislation and standards.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to influence and promote a culture of safety.
