We’re seeking a hands-on and organised Senior Storeperson to join our small, supportive team with a leading medical equipment manufacturer in North Brisbane.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the warehouse and customer service sides of operations, from receiving and dispatching stock to assisting customers and ensuring a smooth daily workflow.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading daily warehouse operations and supporting a small team
Completing cycle counts and leading full stocktakes
Receiving stock and auditing all inbound packing slips
Inputting stock and balancing orders and invoices in SAP
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Managing backorders and purchasing packaging materials
Reviewing and updating warehouse procedures and planograms
Providing customer service support, including phone and email communication
Ensuring warehouse cleanliness and TGA-compliant product labelling
What you’ll need:
SAP experience (essential)
Forklift and/or walkie licence
Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a small team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
