This ASX listed property group has a broad range of investments and with an impressive history of growth are well placed to take advantage of market changes. Their finance team are highly motivated, keen, smart, and provide a great environment for any ambitious person to grow their own skills.
Key duties will include:
Consolidated financial reporting for various funds
Monthly management reporting including commentary and analysis
Preparation of audit and board reporting papers
Budgets and forecasts including cashflow forecasting
Half year and annual external audit work
Preparation of unit pricing
Review of month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments
Tax compliance (BAS/GST/CGT/Income Tax)
You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' of experience and exposure to fund accounting. The ability to work autonomously, operate in a fast-paced environment, solve problems and drive through solutions, and an adaptable nature are all key.
