We’re a new general practice—designed by GPs who care deeply about quality, calm, and community.
This isn’t just answering phones and printing scripts.
It’s about setting the tone of the whole place—from the first hello to the last rebooked appointment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming patients warmly (on the phone, at the desk, in every small moment)
Booking, billing, and rebooking—accurately and with attention to detail
Supporting GPs and nurses so they can focus on care
Keeping things stocked, tidy, and quietly in order—often before the need even appears on our radar
Using our clinic systems (Best Practice, AutoMed, phones) with confidence and curiosity
Working closely with the admin team—sharing ideas, tasks, and the occasional coffee run
Learning and growing—this role is built for someone who’s ready to level up
