Secondary Teachers – All Subject Areas
Salary: $82,000–$116,500 (with potential to increase if assessed at Senior Teacher level)
Start: Term 1, 2026 | Full-time, ongoing or 12-month contracts

We’re working with a number of government secondary schools across Logan that are looking to appoint full-time secondary teachers for Term 1, 2026. These schools are inclusive, well-supported, and committed to making a real impact in their communities.
About the Roles
We’re recruiting across all subject areas, with particular demand for:
Mathematics
Science
English
Health & Physical Education (HPE)
Technologies – including Digital, Industrial, and Food Technologies
Whether you're interested in teaching junior classes, senior subjects, or a mix of both, there are a range of teaching loads and school environments available.

Full-time, ongoing positions in government schools

Salary range: $82,000–$116,500 (with opportunity to progress into Senior Teacher band)

Must-Have Requirements
Current Queensland teacher registration (or eligibility to obtain it)
Full working rights in Australia
Willingness to provide 2–3 references and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet child safeguarding requirements
