About The Role
Due to significant growth of the business, we have an opportunity for a Trainee Strata Manager.
We are after an individual who has a passion to succeed, is willing to learn and has a customer service focus.
The position will be based out of our Menai office, located in the Sutherland Shire.
To be successful in this position, you must have a can-do attitude, high work ethic, customer service focused and a mature outlook.
Key Duties Include
Managing a portfolio of clients
Liaise with owners, committee members and agents
Email management
Reviewing financials
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Be able to multi-task
Being a Team player
Preparing meeting notices and agendas
Undertaking administrative duties
Preparing budgets
Attending meetings as required (generally after hours)
Providing exceptional customer service and a high level of communication
High work ethic
