An opportunity has become available for a proactive and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Balmain.
We are welcoming candidates that are looking for a long-term, stable working environment
Work within a senior team reporting to the head of the department
Manage a portfolio
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Arrears Control
Periodic inspections (ingoing/outgoing)
Repairs and maintenance management
Rental increases and lease renewals
NCAT preparation & attendance
About You:
You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager managing all aspects of a portfolio
Deliver a high level of customer service
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-confidence
Meticulous attention to detail
Great attitude towards new challenges
Up to date with current legislation
Ability to work unsupervised
Problem-solving skills
Essential Criteria:
Class 2 Real Estate License
Current driver's license and reliable car
Proficiency in Property Tree/Inspection Manager/Flick It Over
Immaculate presentation
