About the Client
Our Client is a national industry leader in the design and production of high-quality precast concrete products used across major civil, infrastructure, and construction projects. Their Toowoomba site manufactures a wide range of components including reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, and concrete pits. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality, they are seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Precast Worker, you will be responsible for:
Setting up and stripping moulds
Assisting with concrete pours and casting
Using hand and power tools
Ensuring the workshop and yard are kept clean and safe
As a Welder, you will be responsible for:
Setting up and stripping moulds
MIG welding reo bars
Reading and interpreting drawings
Prepping materials for production
Maintaining workshop and yard cleanliness
What You Will Need
To be successful in either position, you will need:
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Physically fit for labour-intensive work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and follow directions
Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
Previous precast experience (desirable)
For welders: proven MIG welding experience
What’s in it for You
Excellent pay rates:
$32.38/hr + penalties (Precast Workers)
$36–$38/hr + penalties (Welders, based on experience)
$80 weekly attendance bonus for full Monday–Friday attendance
Monday to Friday roster, 5am–1pm – early starts, early finishes
