Store Manager - Best&Less Rockhampton Shopping Centre
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our outstanding Best&Less Rockhampton store! If you’ve got the energy, leadership skills, and love for creating standout shopping experiences, this could be your next big move.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering customer service that’s second to none.
Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
Coaching, training, and developing your “Best” team.
Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.
About you:
2+ years’ management experience in high-volume retail.
A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.
A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and store standards.
A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.
