This is a full-time role, but part time applicants will be considered.
Join the Newcastle Tile Co team in our Drive-thru Trade Centre, providing hands-on sales & service to Newcastle's best tilers. If you have experience in retail sales, customer service or a trade background, we'd love to hear from you!
A typical day in our Trade Centre will involve:
Helping Tilers choose the right glues & grouts for their job.
Fielding over the counter & over the phone enquires.
Processing sales & receipting payments.
Replenishing stock & maintaining merchandising displays.
Receiving on-the-job sales training and product knowledge.
Ready for a change? We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in customer facing roles in retail, trade or hospitality. Preferably in a hands-on retail environment.
Genuinely interested or experienced in the building industry, with a willingness to learn.
Available to work a rotating Saturday shift 7.00am - Midday.
Comfortable with technology for processing sales & stock enquiries.
Down to earth, with a can-do attitude and is keen to be part of a team.
