Excavator / Dump Truck / Compactor Operators – Sydney Metro
A leading civil infrastructure business is expanding its workforce and is looking for skilled plant operators to join long-term projects across the Sydney metro area.
We are seeking:
• Excavator Operators (various sizes)
• Dump Truck Operators
• Compactor Operators
What’s on offer:
• 4–5 years of secured project pipeline
• Permanent, stable work with no downtime
• Strong site culture with supportive supervisors
• Opportunities to upskill and operate additional machinery
• Competitive pay and consistent hours
• Operators to be offered to partake in a Cert 3 in Civil Construction & Plant Operation. (Client to cover all costs).
About the work:
• Major civil and infrastructure projects across Sydney
• Well-organised teams with safety, quality and productivity front and centre
• Modern plant and well-structured work programs
• Monday–Friday with optional weekend work depending on project requirements
What you need:
• Previous operating experience in civil construction
• Relevant VOCs / tickets for machinery
• White Card
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a team-first attitude
