- Flexible working arrangements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end, high-volume payroll
- Experience managing and leading a payroll team
- Strong systems knowledge – ideally SAP, Workday or ADP
- Sound understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation and awards
- Excellent attention to detail with a process improvement mindset
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Oversee and process the full payroll function accurately and on time
- Lead and mentor a payroll team, ensuring smooth operations and development
- Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and reporting requirements
- Partner with HR and Finance to maintain data integrity across systems
- Drive payroll efficiencies and process improvements
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and audits
