We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Managerto lead the delivery of a newly awarded multi-unit residential development in North Brisbane. This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable, Queensland-based builder known for their commitment to quality, collaborative culture, and consistent project pipeline across residential and commercial sectors.
The OpportunityJoin a builder with deep local roots and an outstanding track record in delivering medium-density, multi-unit developments. This is your chance to take full ownership of a newly awarded project from pre-construction through to handover.
The project comprises several low-rise buildings delivering modern residential apartments with a strong focus on value, quality, and efficient buildability.
What You’ll Be DoingLead the end-to-end delivery of the project – planning, delivery, financials, and stakeholder engagement.
Work closely with the construction manager, site supervisor, subcontractors, and consultants.
Drive project outcomes around time, cost, quality, and safety.
Manage procurement, scheduling, claims, variations, and reporting.
Foster a positive, productive site culture with strong team collaboration.
Proven experience delivering multi-residential, townhouse, or apartment-style projects.
Strong knowledge of construction programs, budgets, and contract administration.
Confident communicator with well-developed leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track.
A trade background or qualifications in construction/project management is desirable.
