• Process incoming orders and complete quotations and tenders

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Liaise with manufacturing and logistics to ensure smooth order progress and stock management

• Review and investigate customer requests, including technical queries, and collaborate with the wider Garlock team to deliver solutions

• Assist with projects, tenders, and contract administration

• Participate in safety initiatives and process reviews to improve efficiency

• Experience in office-based customer service

• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Interest in using and learning AI tools to become more proficient and efficient in your role

• Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail

• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Previous technical experience

• Knowledge of PRONTO or other ERP systems

• Report to the Customer Service Manager
