The Opportunity: Production Engineer (FIFO 8/6 from Perth)
We are looking for a driven and experienced Production Engineer to join our team at Telfer. This role plays a critical part in drill and blast planning, QAQC management, and daily data operations to support safe and efficient underground mining activities.

What You'll Be Doing
As Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing drill & blast plans with a strong safety focus

• Creating Automine plans to support production targets

• Ensuring adherence to weekly and monthly schedules

• Monitoring QAQC and managing technical data

• Supporting safety culture through toolbox meetings, field engagement, and hazard reporting

• Preparing additional technical plans as required

• Mentoring junior engineers to support team capability and growth

• Working collaboratively with site teams and leadership

About You
You're a motivated, safety-conscious mining professional with a keen eye for technical detail and continuous improvement. You'll also bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent

• At least 2 years' experience in underground mining

• Practical experience aligned with requirements for a First-Class Mine Manager's Certificate

• A proactive approach to planning, problem-solving, and collaboration
