Our Client is seeking two Warehouse Administration Assistants to assist the Team on the Southside of Brisbane. These roles would best suit a store person who is looking to kickstart their career in administration. To succeed, you will have proven organisation ability, communication and computer skills and looking to start their progression from the floor to a support role or be an experienced administration assistant who is looking for real variety in a hands-on role. The day-to-day duties of your appointments will consist of the following: - General warehouse administration. - Running of warehouse reports for the Administration Managers - Responsible for the preparation and collating of accurate manifests to send to local or regional Branches. - Communicate with the Branches on the goods they are receiving, which transport company their delivery is booked with and provide an ETA of arrival for their delivery. - Assist the Branches locate missing or late freight. - You will be required to book in deliveries with the third- party logistics Company – ensuring all freight is handled and delivered correctly to the Branches. - Assist with general warehouse duties when large projects are running and if you have capacity. These positions will have you reporting to a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Administration Manager who will provide to you a detailed onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure you succeed.
