Your New Position: If you are truly wanting to make a difference to the way everyday Australians Live their lives, then this role will have you realising your dreams by: - Committing to ongoing product training provided by the company to assist customers, including the general public and Allied Health therapists in their purchase of Mobility and Rehabilitation equipment. - Maintaining the presentation of showroom stock and displays and being confident (with training) to demonstrate equipment capabilities and functionality with customers. - Working with a growing team to ensure customers receive the best customer service in the industry by positively liaising with the wider business including other Branches, the State Distribution Center and Head Office to deliver customer outcomes. - Processing quotes, orders and invoices utilising multiple point of sale systems. - Assisting with general enquiries and the provision of administrative support.
