Civil Supervisors – Multiple Roles (Townsville, QLD)

Salary Range: $130,000 – $175,000 + Super + vehicle (DOE)

We’re partnering with several well-established civil contractors delivering key infrastructure projects across North Queensland.

Multiple Civil Supervisor positions are now open in Townsville, covering road construction, pavement stabilisation, and port/intersection works.

If you’re an experienced Supervisor looking for long-term local work or a hands-on regional opportunity, there’s a role here to suit your background and ambitions.

Available Roles

1. Civil Supervisor – Pavement Stabilisation

• Deliver regional pavement and road projects (typically $2M–$3M).
• Lead small, mobile crews across regional sites.
• Ideal for candidates from civil or stabilisation backgrounds ready to step into greater responsibility.
• Package: $130k–$180k + Super
• Regional travel required, Townsville base.

2. Civil Supervisor – Road Construction (Major Project)

• Oversee delivery of a $10M road project with a strong future pipeline.
• Coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors to DTMR standards.
• Focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Package: Competitive salary + vehicle + project allowances.
• Locally based role - no FIFO/DIDO required.

3. Civil Supervisor – Port & Intersection Projects (Contract)

• Work across a port upgrade and two DTMR intersection projects.
• Requires proven DTMR experience and field leadership.
• Package: $140k–$160k + Super + Vehicle.

About You

• Background as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman with strong on-site leadership skills.
• Experience in road construction, stabilisation, or infrastructure projects.
• Competent in scheduling, QA, and safety management systems.
• Strong communicator, solutions-focused, and proactive in the field.
• Willing to work regionally and travel to project sites as required.
