Redstone have partnered with a VIC based aged care provider with a small home in the South East of Melbourne.
In this role you will manage the operations of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of a CCC and all floor staff, along with support from all head office functions.

- Facility/ Residential Management experience or potentially a strong Clinical Manager seeking a step up
- Outstanding people & culture management skills
- Knowledge and hands on experience of change management
- Experience in rostering and other HR duties
- Proven experience with accreditation standards
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
