Beerwah Hotel is a busy hotel in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with a great reputation for reasonably priced high quality food and is able to seat 250-300 people.
The Hotel requires a Bistro Supervisor/2IC/ Function Manager. The successful applicant must have the desire to play an important role in a busy hotel/restaurant environment & must have the enthusiasm and desire to perform to high standards.
You must -
be a team player
be a "cool & collected" stable individual under pressure
have a passion for food & great service
be able to work the hours required, including split shifts, weekends and public holidays
have reliable transport
be experienced in organising function from the initial enquiry to delivery of the event
well organised and time efficient
be a bright, cheery person
have great customer & communication skills
be able to maintain records with an eye for detail
