Support operations of two landmark commercial towers and drive a sustainability-first portfolio.
CBRE is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to support two premium ISPT commercial towers in Sydney CBD. Take charge of daily operations, manage contractors and compliance, engage tenants, and drive carbon-neutral and innovative building initiatives.
This role is initially a 9 month contract with the opportunity for extension for the right candidate.
Your Impact
- Oversee all hard and soft services to keep both assets performing at peak levels
- Lead tenant engagement, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience
- Manage budgets, contracts, capital works, and lifecycle planning
- Drive sustainability initiatives and operational innovation across both towers
- Ensure WHS and risk compliance at all times
- Support tenancy fit-outs and onboarding of new tenants
