Role Overview:
We've partnered exclusively with a leading industrial organisation embarking on a new strategic phase focused on operational transformation and customer value.
Reporting to the GM, this role will lead the standardisation, optimisation, and performance improvement of operational processes across a large branch network, nationally.
You'll partner with operational staff, branch leaders, the senior leadership team and the wider business to implement best practice frameworks, enhance efficiencies, and deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes nationwide.
