Short Description
WorkPac is currently seeking a reliable Strapping Labourer to join our client’s precast concrete team based in Welshpool. This is an ongoing opportunity ideal for someone looking for stable, hands-on work in a supportive team environment.
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of precast concrete products, supplying major civil and infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Their focus on safety, teamwork, and quality has made them a trusted name in the industry.
What You Will Be Doing
• Assisting with strapping precast concrete pipes onto trucks ready for dispatch
• Ensuring all straps are secure and correctly positioned before transport
• Working with truck drivers to prepare loads for delivery
• Supporting a busy dispatch area with 15–30 trucks per day
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area while following site procedures
What You Will Need
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
• Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
