Maintenance Fitter

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
7 shifts per fortnight - rostered weekends paid at penalty rates
$135k p/a + overtime + super

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment
- Machining, welding and fabrication tasks to restore or enhance equipment performance
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
- A Certificate III - mechanical trade qualification is essential
- Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- A team player mentality with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required
