 THE ROLE

As a Neverfail Owner Driver, you’ll:

• Deliver 15L water bottles and water coolers to homes and businesses with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and helpful.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customers.

• Manage warehouse tasks like inventory checks and forklift operation.

• Operate safely and efficiently while managing your own schedule.

You’ll be representing a trusted brand in your local community—your service and attitude make all the difference.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Ability to purchase the required Neverfail Truck. We have trucks available to purchase from $100k. These trucks have been built for contractor efficiency, Branded ready to drive.

• MR Driver’s Licence or ability to obtain.

• Registered Pty Ltd company or ability to obtain.

• Physically fit for lifting and manual handling.

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and professional presentation.

• Driving and delivery experience is desirable.

• Willingness to complete background checks.

• Flexibility for occasional weekend work in-line with seasonal demands.
