Maintain beautiful North Shore Gardens with a fun team! Great Pay!

Looking for an experienced gardener or horticulturalist to work in a small garden maintenance company servicing properties on the north shore and eastern suburbs . Experience and driver's license is essentialfor this role . Must be competent in hedging, lawn care , plant ID, pest and disease management and basics irrigation repairs. Good team, pay and conditions working in some beautiful high profile gardens.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a range of gardening tasks, including mowing, weeding, pruning, irrigation repairs , planting, and general garden maintenance

• Utilising your expertise to provide advice and recommendations to clients on garden design and upkeep

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness in all garden areas

• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services

• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• supervising and training staff

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in gardening or landscaping is required

• Strong practical gardening skills and knowledge of plant care and identification , pest and disease management, basic irrigation repairs and maintenance

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team

• A valid driver's licence and reliable mode of transport

• abity to train and supervise staff

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required for this team leader role
