We’re currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and inspire our Conferencing & Events (C&E) team. If you thrive on creating memorable guest moments, leading by example, and delivering seamless events in a high-energy environment, this is your chance to shine.
Lead and support our Conferencing & Events team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all functions
Deliver hands-on supervision across events and outlets, maintaining high service standards
Be the face of our hotel during C&E events; being confident, professional, and guest-focused
Problem-solve on the fly! Each day brings new challenges, and you're ready to adapt
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of events and daily operations
Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on; from manual handling and event setups to supporting the team during busy periods
Coach and mentor new team members, sharing your knowledge and building a positive team culture
Ensure all areas operate efficiently, aligned with Accor brand standards and the Heartist service spirit
Previous Food & Beverage experience, ideally in a hotel C&E setting (corporate background highly regarded)
Understanding of the physical demands of C&E operations, including manual handling and fast-paced setups
A confident leader who supports and energises the team, leading by example
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-first, solution-oriented mindset
A team player ready to assist other outlets when needed
Valid RSA certification – essential
Full and permanent working rights in Australia
While we are open to candidates from broader hospitality backgrounds, preference will be given to those with hotel-based C&E experience and a strong alignment with a corporate clientele.
A full-time role with varied shifts across 7 days
Complimentary on-site parking
50% off staff meals & 30% off drinks
Discounted accommodation and dining at Accor properties worldwide
Located right next to Central Station – perfect for commuters
Access to industry-leading training and development platforms
Supportive, high-energy team environment with opportunities for internal growth
24/7 Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing and support
