About the role
Become part of the team at Ray White Platinum South' as a full-time Property Management Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading real estate agency and develop your skills in the residential leasing and property management sector. The role is based in our Kardinya, WA office.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the property management team
- Assisting with the end-to-end tenant lifecycle, including applications, inspections, and bond management
- Maintaining detailed property and tenant records
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
- Supporting the property management team with any other duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a property management or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office suite
- A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Current Real Estate Registration WA
