About the role
We are seeking a passionate part-time craft brewery bar staff to join our team at MaltNHops in Beresfield, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and knowledge of our wide range of craft beers to our customers. This is a part-time position, with the opportunity to work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Serving customers in a courteous and professional manner
Preparing and serving a variety of craft beers and other beverages
Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
Food prep and pizza making
Assisting with event preparation and hosting
Assisting with stock management and inventory control
Promoting our products and providing recommendations to customers
Adhering to all relevant licensing and safety regulations
Potentially some off site work doing events, festivals and tastings
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting, preferably in a craft beer or brewery environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service
Knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes and beer tasting notes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Saturdays
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

This role is a minimum 8 hrs/week (Tuesdays) with additional shifts later in the week on Friday and or Saturday.
