About the Company
Our client is a reputable volume home builder that has been established over 30 years predominantly working in the investor space. They are a very secure business with a lot of long standing staff members and a great company culture.
About the Position
An opportunity currently presents for a knowledgeable Builder or Carpenter looking for an opportunity to learn Estimating with a new home builder. Responsibilities will include:
Managing price files
BOQs and take offs
Sales estimating and site costs
Management of steel frames manufacturing
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Carpentry Trade qualified or a qualified Builder
Strong residential building background
Ability to read plans and problem solve
Good attention to detail
Eager to learn and progress into estimating
