About the RoleAs part of our front-of-house team, you'll be the friendly face welcoming patients and the skilled hands helping them see clearly. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients, booking appointments and managing reception
Helping customers select frames and taking accurate facial measurements
Interpreting optical prescriptions and recommending lens options
Fitting, adjusting and repairing glasses
Supporting the optometrist in delivering outstanding patient care
Contributing to our happy, relaxed and professional practice atmosphere
Passionate about helping people and making them feel cared for
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A keen eye for style and interest in optics
Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
Previous experience in optical industry (1+ years preferred)
Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is required but can be obtained either before application or after hiring
Eagerness to learn and grow with us
Australian citizenship is required for this position
