Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment preferred
Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily invoicing and freight organisation
Maintain and update internal systems and records
Assist with stocktake scheduling and data updates
Support inventory system maintenance
Prepare customer and management reports as required
Act as WHS Representative/Return to Work Coordinator
