What you'll be doing?
  • Managing insolvency cases: Assist senior staff with various corporate insolvency and restructuring appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, and Receiverships.

  • Ensuring compliance: Monitor and meet statutory deadlines, handling lodgements and reports for ASIC.

  • Conducting investigations: Prepare investigative reports, conduct fieldwork, and recover company assets under supervision.

  • Analyzing financial data: Review and analyze financial information to support decision-making processes.

  • Communicating with stakeholders: Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents, auctioneers, directors, creditors, and government departments.

Who are they looking for?
  • Qualified accountant: Hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce with an Accounting Major, or other relevant studies (completed or in final year).

  • Experienced professional: Have 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate insolvency, with a passion for continuous learning.

  • Ethical practitioner: Demonstrate strong ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity.

  • Skilled communicator: Possess excellent communication and report writing skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented analyst: Show strong attention to detail and analytical skills for thorough financial investigations.

  • Team player: Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
