We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our high-performing team, drive daily workflow, and uphold the quality standards our customers expect.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee and support day-to-day workshop operations
Coordinate workflow between technicians and the production coordinator
Maintain consistent quality control throughout all repairs
Manage and supervise technicians and independent contractors
Ensure repair standards, timelines, and customer expectations are met
Order and coordinate required materials for technicians and upcoming jobs to ensure seamless workflow
Use iBodyShop daily to manage job progression, scheduling, and documentation
Experience using iBodyShop is essential
Experience in a panel shop or caravan repair workshop highly regarded
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage a team and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Valid driver’s licence
