What you"ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end wet concrete projects within high-profile developments
- Overseeing multiple trades including subcontractors beyond HVAC
- Planning and scheduling project activities using tools like MS Projects
- Ensuring project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinating with clients, team members, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations
- Experience in managing large-scale wet concrete projects (end-to-end)
- Proven background working with $5M to $15M projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in or with 2-tier company structures
- Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate diverse teams effectively
- Strong planning skills with proficiency in Excel and MS Projects
- Local candidates with a long-term commitment to their role and the community
- Highly driven, proactive, and able to think creatively to solve problems
