About the Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of windows, doors and screens for WA’s fast-growing building industry. About the role:
The role will involve driving a rigid with a purpose-built window frame trailer, as well as potentially a flatbed truck to deliver and unload window frames to new residential sites across the metro area. Light to medium repetitive lifting will be required as loading and unloading will include aluminium door and window frames, and occasionally fully assembled windows, screens, etc. there will be some time spent in the yard on occasion to load your truck and restrain with straps.
About you:
- Must have current HR licence
- Can competently reverse a trailer!
- Able to lift awkward loads (e.g. large double door frames)
- Know your way around the metro area; experience delivering in these areas favourable
- Attention to detail; need to be accurate with paperwork
- Can-do attitude
