Our client is a leader in their industry servicing mining, manufacturing and industrial sectors. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Branch Manager to join their Senior Leadership team in Perth.
As the Branch Manager, you're responsible for managing and leading day to day operations of the branch ensuring service delivery, customer satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within their business, financial performance, people management, safety and compliance. You'll be a strong leader that brings people together, and operates with passion and integrity, even when faced with challenges.
The role:
- Full oversight of branch service delivery ensuring operational excellence and branch key targets are achieved.
- Maintain strong relationships with major key client accounts, ensuring internal stakeholder communication and engagement to achieve best outcomes for the business and client.
- Work closely with your management team on planning of key deliverables.
- Ensure service delivery meets customer needs and requirements including management of customer escalations.
- Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and maintaining P&L.
- Monthly service delivery and financial reporting of branch
- People management, performance, workforce planning and recruitment.
- Lead branch meetings and participate in senior leadership team meetings.
- Identify skills and training gaps within the branch and ensure mentoring, coaching and training is provided.
- Ensure branch complies with company safety and compliance policy and procedure.
- Participate in branch, regional and company strategic projects as required.
What' we're looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Management, Finance or similar
- Previous experience in a similar role managing direct and indirect reports in a high demanding service industry
- Experience working with mining, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with high demand clients/industries
- A strong and successful leader with the ability to effectively communicate, lead teams of management and staff to ensure a collaborative and effective approach
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage conflict and maintain calm
- Proactive and driven to achieve business goals including safety, financial performance, service, sales and people management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office suite
- Ambition, self motivated and career focused.
- Drivers licence
