Truck Body Mechanical Engineer/Draftsman

As a result of our ongoing growth and success, Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Mechanical Truck Body Draftsman who is capable across multiple disciplines, motivated by growth, is detail focused and passionate.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and detailing of truck bodies and chassis using Solidworks
Detailing fabrication drawings and BOM creation
Driving the truck building department and registering of new truck body designs to NHVR
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficiency with 3D and 2D packages (Mainly SolidWorks)
Experience working in similar industry/department considered highly advantageous
Demonstrated experience in the preparation of workshop drawings
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience in mechanical structural design and detailing
Excellent verbal and written communications
The ability to work alone as well as part of a small team
