Over 50 years proven experienced in the WA market, they are an award-winning business that has delivered some landmark buildings in Perth. They have proven experience across a range of private & public sectors including education, aged care, sporting & recreation, apartments, retail and industrial.
They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take the lead role on the construction of a $65M apartment complex.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in a Project Management role working on new build, D&C projects $50M++
- Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and leadership skills
