We are seeking a friendly and professional corporate receptionist to join a leading law firm based in Adelaide CBD.
If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, being the first point of contact for clients and creating a welcoming environment, then this is the opportunity for you!
Key responsibilities:
Meet and greet visitors and clients;
Answer incoming calls;
Process incoming and outgoing mail;
Coordinate couriers;
Order office/kitchen supplies;
Manage conference room bookings;
File destruction for the firm;
Archiving;
Assistance with corporate functions and catering.
Key skills/attributes:
Exceptional customer service focus;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Attention to detail;
Knowledge in Microsoft word;
Proficient typing skills.
To be considered for this fabulous opportunity, you will have experience in a similar customer-facing role and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Your passion for going above and beyond, exceeding customer expectations, and your love for working with people in a front-of-house role are crucial. Applicants should maintain a corporate appearance and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
