Property Manager - CBD Walking Distance Portfolio
Working in a friendly, collaborative and accepting team, with a company established in the market, join an elite Real Estate agency as well as getting your weekends back!
With clean portfolios you will manage 170 apartments located in a few towers just a few minutes walking distance from the office.
With company wellness events and programs, aim to be surrounded by people who care about you.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm with No weekends
JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
- Manage your own portfolio of up to 180 properties
- Routines (with support)
- Application processing (with leasing support)
- All inspections supported by the team
- EASY Portfolio
WHATS ON OFFER:
- $85-89,000 + Commissions + Parking + Phone 1st Year Salary
- Phone & laptop can be provided
- Car parking on site free, and easy to navigate
- Flexibility provided once you are settled in, flexible office
- Career progression into team leader style roles
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or Property Manager experience! This is not a senior role, however will still pay $$$!
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
