WorkPac is seeking experienced 2nd Class Welders for an ongoing opportunity based in Welshpool. This role offers consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment, with overtime opportunities available for those looking to boost their income.

What You Will Be Doing
• Performing basic MIG welding on steel reinforcement bars used in precast concrete production
• Working as part of a team in a concrete precast yard environment
• Carrying out tack welding and general fabrication tasks as required
• Maintaining high safety standards and adhering to site procedures
What You Will Need
• Basic MIG welding experience (essential)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or precast environment (advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Strong work ethic and reliability
