Role Description
This is a full-time, commission-only role for an Appointment Setter based Australia-wide (preferably in Brisbane).
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling, lead generation, and daily client communication. By supporting clients from the very first contact, you’ll help guide them toward building wealth through informed property strategies.
Remuneration:
1. $300 for each appointment successfully booked and attended by the client. This payment reflects the successful execution of the primary duty of setting appointments with potential clients.
2. If the appointment leads to a confirmed sale, the App Setter will receive a bonus of $300 - payable per client that reaches an unconditional status on a purchase of at least 1 property. This bonus is an incentive for effectively engaging with clients and increasing the likelihood of conversions during appointments.
Example Earnings:
If you set 20 qualified appointments per week and 50% convert into sales:
10 × $300 = $3,000 (attended appointments, no sale)
10 × $300 = $3,000 (attended appointments that converted to sales)
Total: $6,000/week = approx. $300,000+/year if you maintain or increase that performance.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Call warm leads & existing databases – 100% NO cold calling.
✅ Handle online inquiries & book free appointments.
✅ Schedule appointments with potential clients for Google Meet or in-person meetings.
✅ Follow the proven script & process – training provided.
✅ Use the PC Client Brief to engage clients with a clear strategy.
