Sullivan Carpentry is a growing, well-respected carpentry and building business delivering high-quality work across a range of residential and commercial projects in Sydney. With a focus on craftsmanship, reliability and professionalism. We're expanding and looking for skilled qualified carpenters to join our team.
We are looking for full-time and/or part-time skilled carpenters to join us on a range of projects ASAP.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
🛠Your Role – Carpenter Responsibilities:Interpret and work from detailed plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
Construct, install and repair structures and fixtures including framing, partitions, doors, windows, flooring etc
Complete detailed fit-outs with precision and attention to detail
Perform various building tasks specific to each project as needed
Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood and other materials using hand and power tools
Ensure work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades on job sites
Maintain and manage tools, materials and equipment on-site
Keep a clean, organised and compliant work site at all times
Certificate III in Carpentry (or international equivalent) OR minimum 3 years full-time carpentry experience
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
White Card and own basic tools
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
ABN if working as a contractor
Must hold valid Australian work rights including citizens, permanent residents, or appropriate work visa
