Paediatric Clinic Speech Pathologist (all levels) – Early Intervention & School-Aged ($85k–$105k + super)
• Clinic-first caseload with optional kindy and school sessions
• Weekly supervision and structured PD programs designed around your goals
• Dedicated therapy assistants and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team

Mobile Speech Pathologist (all levels) – NDIS / Mixed Caseload ($80k–$115k + super + car allowance)
• Flexible, self-managed schedule with admin support and paid travel time
• Majority paeds, some adults if you would like

Intermediate/Senior Speech Pathologist – Adults & Neuro ($90k–$115k + super)
• Work with adults with neurological or acquired conditions (stroke, TBI, progressive disorders)
• Focus on communication and swallowing therapy, with support from an allied health assistant
• Clinical mentoring and leadership opportunities available
Extra perk: Flexible roster options – 9 day fortnight or 0.8FTE working weeks

Clinic & Community Speech Pathologist (all levels) – Mixed Caseload ($85k–$115k + super)
• Split your week between clinic and community visits
• Caseload variety including early language, literacy, neurodevelopmental, AAC, and social skills programs
• PD allowance + internal workshops to build skills across different specialties

Senior / Team Lead Speech Pathologist – Supervision Role ($110k–$130k + super + bonuses)
• Lead and mentor a small team of Speech Pathologists and Therapy Assistants
• Oversee quality and outcomes across both paediatric and adult programs
