Join our friendly coastal pub team in beautiful Wallaroo!
We’re looking for a hands-on Chef or experienced Cook who’s ready for a change of scenery — someone who enjoys pub-style cooking, seaside living, and being part of a supportive local community.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals in a busy but relaxed setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and independence in the kitchen.
Key Duties:
Preparing and cooking pub classics and daily specials
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Managing prep, ordering, and stock rotation
Working both independently and as part of a small team
Free on-site accommodation (private room, pub-style)
Competitive hourly rate / salary (based on experience)

Previous experience as a Chef or Cook (pub or bistro experience ideal)
Ability to work autonomously and manage service times
